MillenniuM's principal's and team leaders include:

Richard O. Haase, MAI

Mr. Haase is the former Commissioner of the Public Buildings Service of the General Services Administration. He has been an active counselor and investor in real estate for over 30-years. He holds the MAI (Member Appraisal Institute) designation.

A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and a member of the Professional Land Economics Fraternity (Lambda Alpha), Mr. Haase specializes in second tier properties and the challenges faced by owners, developers and investors in real estate. Mr. Haase is also active in the valuation of fractional interests, which is predominant in estate planning.

Stuart I. Smith, MAI

Mr. Smith has an undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland and holds an MBA in corporate finance from The American University in Washington, D.C. Prior to his service with MilleniuM, he was Executive Director of the GSA Public Buildings Service, and a senior official in the Executive Office of the President of the United States (Office of Management and Budget). Mr. Smith has been active in brokerage consulting involving the Federal government and large portfolios.

Mr. Smith specializes in complex commercial properties and has extensive experience in providing expert witness testimony. He is also a member of the AFL/CIO's Appraisal Guild #44.

Donna Christenson, Vice President

Ms. Christenson is a commercial real estate consultant with nearly twenty years experience in issues involving tenant/buyer representation, including relocation; lease renewal and lease restructuring; purchase and sale representation; lease/purchase assessment; and control of rent escalation and operating expense passthroughs. Though she has chosen to specialize in tenant and buyer representation, she got her start in the business representing a developer/landlord in leasing of over 100,000 square feet of office space in a 250,000 square foot commercial office project.

Formerly a television reporter and public affairs director for not-for-profit organizations such as the American Red Cross National Headquarters, she specializes in working with not-for-profit and media clients, as well as law firms and corporations. She has a B.A. from Michigan State University and M.A. from Western Michigan University.

Gregory Becker

Mr. Becker is has extensive experience in portfolio analysis and in financial modeling of complex real estate projects.

The former Budget Director for Carr America, he has also worked with Arthur Anderson and Deliotte & Touche in their valuation practices.

Mr. Becker has an MBA in Real Estate Finance from the University of Georgia and an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Villanova Univerisity.

Janet Goldberg, MPA

Ms. Goldberg has over 25-years of experience in the real estate field. She has extensive experience in conducting real estate market evaluations, economic feasibility studies, appraisal and fiscal impact analyses. She has conducted market studies and financial analyses for projects ranging, from individual retail stores to resort communities and multi-phase, multi-use comprehensive development plans.

Ms. Goldberg holds a Masters in Public Administration from Northeasten University and was a CDBG Director in western Massachusetts where she managed affordable housing programs and small business loan programs. She has held the position of Senior Associate with the JE Roberts Company in their asset management and appraisal divisions. Before joining MILLENNIUM as a Director, Ms. Goldberg was a Senior Associate with Hammer Siler George Associates.

Specialty assignments include Public Housing and Hope VI, golf courses, marinas, adaptive re-use of historic properties and Main Street development.

Leslee Hippert, JD

Ms. Hippert, a lawyer, manages the Arizona advisory/consulting practice for Millennium West, Inc. Ms. Hippert specializes in the analysis of hospitality and resort properties throughout the southwest United States. She has testified numerous times as an expert witness in various courts of law. Ms. Hippert has consulted on a wide variety of properties in addition to hotels, including apartment buildings, residential subdivisions, retail centers and office buildings. She routinely performs partial interest analyses for a variety of clients.
