Our government solutions group is dedicated to providing comprehensive real estate services to government agencies and departments nationwide, and to private sector lessors with properties in the Federal government's leased inventory.

We have extensive experience with Federal real estate with two principals having served as former federal officials -- Richard Haase, Commissioner of the GSA/Public Building Service; and, Stuart Smith, Executive Director of the Public Building Service and Senior Examiner in the White House's Office of Management and Budget responsible for government-wide civilian real estate policy.

On the government side of the equation, we have served as consultants to the General Accounting Office, the Administrative Office of the Courts, Department of the Treasury, Office of Personnel Management, the Veterans Administration, Department of Justice, the Comptroller of the Currency, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the US Postal Service, the US Navy, and the General Services Administration.

At the municipal level we have senior staff with CDBG experience and Pubic Housing credentials. We have developed strategies for Main Street neighborhoods, housing authorities and historic re-uses.

On the private side of government transactions, we have consulted on the successful leasing of over 1 million square feet of office space, directed the development of several hundred thousand square feet of commercial warehouse space, and represented private clients in lease negotiations with the Federal government.
